My Approach…
People usually call me passionate—and they’re not wrong. I bring full energy and intention into everything I do. I’m a firm believer that consistent effort pays off, even if the results take time. Sure, the big picture can feel like a chaotic puzzle, but that’s where I thrive: breaking things down into clear, doable steps that actually move you forward.

Why Therapy?
The most powerful part of growth is realizing this: you have choices. Life isn’t a fixed blueprint—it’s a draft you can revise. If something doesn’t fit, you have the agency to change it—and keep changing it—until it aligns with who you are and who you’re becoming. Progress isn’t about perfection; it’s about giving yourself permission to pivot.

Experience
For over 20 years, I’ve worked in both alternative and public school settings, helping students navigate the challenges of mental health. Currently, I serve as the lead district clinician for a regional school district on the North Shore—work that continues to deepen my understanding of young people’s evolving needs.
One thing has become clear: students don’t thrive alone. Their well-being is deeply tied to the support systems around them—especially caregivers. In helping families find the right resources for their children, I’ve seen just how much caregivers need support, too. That insight led me to expand my practice to include adults who are often holding everything together. When caregivers are supported, the whole system benefits.
Another often-overlooked group is young adults who have moved on to college or the workforce. That transition can be overwhelming, and therapy can offer a steady space to build confidence, resilience, and clarity as they navigate the “real world.”
Throughout all of my work, my approach is consistent: compassionate, intentional, and focused on helping people grow—step by step—with the support they deserve.
Outside of my work, I recharge by spending time with family, friends, and especially my horse, who plays a big role in helping me stay grounded and emotionally balanced.

Testimonials
Compassionate and safe environment
“Becky’s help has been instrumental for my personal development. I’ve been working with Becky for a few years now, and she has helped me navigate a divorce, career change, post-pandemic craziness, and the last few years of my parenting journey. In our work together, Becky created a safe, compassionate, and deeply thoughtful space where I’ve been able to unpack some of the most challenging years of my life without fear or judgment. Her approach blends warmth and professionalism in a way that makes even the hardest conversations feel manageable, and through her help, I’ve been able to hold myself accountable for much-needed changes in perspective. Becky has helped me better understand my own thought processes and patterns, develop healthier boundaries, and process my emotional experiences with added clarity. She has helped me get ahold of my anxiety and navigate relationship complexities with empathy and compassion. I’ve worked hard to be where I am today, and to continue growing–and I could not have done it without Becky’s role!”–U.F
Tailored support
“I’ve been working with Becky for over a year, and I’ve really appreciated her consistent support throughout that time. She is kind, thoughtful, and non-judgmental. I always feel comfortable speaking openly with her, and she creates a space where I feel respected and understood.
One of the things I value most about working with Becky is her ability to find approaches and management techniques that work for my personal needs and limitations. She takes the time to understand what works and what doesn’t. She has done research outside of our sessions and has brought to me new practical tools that feel realistic and tailored to my needs.
Becky has helped me make meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for me. I’m very grateful for her guidance and would gladly recommend her to others.”–D.S
